Introducing The Colorado Ultra Enduro dirt bike single track route. The route covers some of the most beautiful motorcycle legal trails in the country. The route begins near Lake Isabel in Rye and ends near Durango. The route is purposefully designed to include as much singletrack as possible and is inspired by the various a combination of bikepacking & "Tour of Idaho" routes. The route is 452.6 miles overall (only 55 of pavement!) and has 76,533ft of elevation gain. The route is extremely difficult and is only intended for advanced riders on off road specific dirt bikes. It should not be attempted on bikes larger than 500cc or by beginner or intermediate riders.

The route is intended to be ridden on a street legal offroad enduro dirt bike over roughly 5 days. Most bikes will need about 3 gallons to make each fuel stop. The longest distance between fuel stops is 94 miles. The route can easily be done staying at cabins/motels and eating at restaurants every night. We encourage you to consider camping.
We cannot stress enough do not ride at excessive speeds on the trails! Please respect all trail users regardless of the form of transportation they are using. Please be aware that spark arrestors are required while on National Forest land (most of the route). Also to operate a motorcycle on public lands in Colorado you must have a current ohv sticker.
